Possible error

If the error occurs when you try to add an image or a video to your post, then POSTOPLAN does not support this file type.

The following file types are supported:

Images: jpg, png, gif.

Video: Any format. Built-in converter will convert video to mp4 automatically while uploading.

Please note that it is impossible to post videos to WordPress, and Google My Business.

Before uploading the file, make sure that its size does not exceed the social platform limit:

Instagram post: minimum video length is 3 seconds, maximum video length is 60 seconds;

Twitter: no more than 15 MB;

Telegrams: no more than 50 MB.
