Content approval

This feature is only available for the Business and Lifetime plans for Managers and Guests. This information is indicated on the Subscriptions table, point 1: https://postoplan.contenive.com/plans.

Admin page

  • The Business and Lifetime  plans has a new “Content approval” feature. There are 2 tabs available on this page: “For Approval” and “Drafts”

  • The Admin has a new “Content Scheduling” feature in the new user creation window:

If it is enabled, then the Admin prevents the Manager or the Guest from scheduling posts and sending them to the content plan. All posts should be approved by the Admin.

The Admin can perform the following actions for a post:

  • Approve. Approve and include the post in the content plan
  • Move to Drafts. Move the post to drafts
  • Not approved. Send the post back for editing. The Admin can also add a comment about what the Manager needs to do. The Manager will find that the post has not been approved, read the comment, then edit and resubmit the post for approval.

The Manager will see the post that has not been approved by the Admin as so: the post is highlighted in pale red and the Admin’s comment is added to it, from which the Manager can read and edit the post:

The Admin can also sort posts by user or project:
