An error occurred during payment

If you have problems paying for Lifetime/START/PRO/AGENCY plan, please check:

  1. Is your payment system supported by POSTOPLAN? You can find a list of supported payment methods here:
  2. The data that you entered to make a payment. You may have entered incorrect card details.
  3. Is there enough money on the card to make a payment?
  4. Do you have any payment restrictions? To do this, contact the Support Service of your bank and explain to them what and where you are going to pay.

If all these questions are checked and you still cannot pay for Lifetime/START/PRO/AGENCY, contact our Support Service, providing the data from the above list, as well as screenshots of what appears on the screen when you try to make a payment.
